General Terms and Conditions for ecoturbino® of Webdeals Shops GmbH

  1. Order and contract agreement
You have selected your desired products and wish to order in the shop. You can correct all entries until you send your order. Only after you have checked your data on the final order page, send your order to ecoturbino.shop. After submitting your order, you will receive an individual email with your personal order confirmation. Additionally, this email contains all other information about payment processing and delivery. The order of goods is made by transmitting the filled-out order form in the online process. The acceptance of the order (conclusion of the contract) is made by the dispatch of the goods after checking your order and payment by us.
  2. Payment and delivery
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The ecoturbino online shop offers various payment options, some of which may include an additional fee. We only accept payments in Euro. The shipment of goods usually takes place within 24 hours on weekdays, except for “Payment in Advance”. If the goods cannot be delivered in full, we will inform you immediately and reserve the right to partial deliveries or quantity reductions. Any delivery delays by ecoturbino.shop do not entitle you to claims for damages.
  3. Buyer and recipient as client
For orders with delivery to third parties (e.g., as gift recipients), the orderer is considered the client. If the delivery to third parties is in their favor or if the recipient of the delivery benefits in another way by taking possession and further use of the delivery, the orderer and the recipient of the delivery are jointly considered as the client. By placing such an order, the orderer tacitly assures that the recipient of the delivery has given their consent.
  4. Payment by invoice and financing
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payments are made to Klarna:

    1. Invoice: The payment term is [14] days from shipment of goods/tickets or, for other services, provision of the service. The complete invoice conditions for the countries where this method of payment is available can be found here: Germany and Austria.
    2. Instalment purchase: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly instalments at the conditions indicated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. More information on instalment purchases including the general terms and conditions and the European standard information for consumer credit for the countries where this payment method is available can be found here (only available in the specified countries): Germany and Austria.
    3. Direct debit: Available in Germany and Austria. The debit is made after the goods are shipped. You will be notified of the timing by email.
    4. Credit card (Visa/Mastercard): Available in Germany. The charge is made after the goods or tickets are shipped/availability of the service or in the case of a subscription, according to the communicated times.

The use of payment methods Invoice, Instalment purchase, and Direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we forward your data for the purpose of address and credit checks to Klarna during the initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. Further information and Klarna’s terms of use can be found here. General information about Klarna is available here. Your personal details will be treated by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and as specified in Klarna’s Data Protection Regulations.

  5. Intra-Community deliveries B2B
Registered European companies with a VAT number (UID) have the option to order products VAT-free as intra-community deliveries. For this, use the “UID number” field on the checkout page. After entering your VAT number, we carry out the legally required live check via the VAT-ID-Check Cloudservice in Brussels. If confirmed, the order will be set to tax-free before the payment process. A subsequent correction of the order to an intra-community delivery is possible but very complex. The resulting processing effort is charged at € 20 excl. VAT and is already considered in the refund amount.
  6. Shipping costs for delivery
The final shipping costs for deliveries both domestically and internationally will be shown in the shop after entering the shipping address before completing the order. In advance, shipping costs can be queried here.
  7. Right of withdrawal / Cancellation policy
    See detailed Right of Withdrawal.
  8. Complaints
The received goods must be checked immediately by the recipient for completeness, damage, and accuracy. In the case of clearly visible package damages, this must be done directly upon receipt and in the presence of the parcel driver or the staff from the parcel shop and must be documented with a photo. Furthermore, transport damages (which were not recognizable on the package itself) are also to be documented with a photo after unpacking. Non-received packages must be reported within 15 working days after the parcel has been sent to allow for parcel tracking by the transport company. The tracking link for parcel tracking is sent to the customer along with the PDF invoice by email. We accept returns of claimed goods within 14 days of delivery. Please notify the reason for the complaint in writing by email.
  9. Automatic returns / Cost allocation
In the event of withdrawal, we ask you to return the goods to us. The costs of the return are to be borne by the customer. Commissions and fees to the payment service provider selected by the customer, which are not refunded to us, are charged to the customer. A freight collect return will not be accepted or these return fees will be charged to the customer. We use a parcel service that can be tracked with a tracking link and assume the additional charge for the customer. With this parcel notification service, the customer has the option of redirecting the parcel until shortly before delivery, thereby enabling the parcel service to deliver the delivery as best as possible. Despite all the supporting systems, doorstep deliveries are not a mandatory part of fulfilling an order.Automatic returns are equivalent to a cancellation and are handled identically. Automatic returns include:

    1. non-acceptance of the order/delivery, or
    2. inability to deliver by the commissioned parcel service, or
    3. non-collection of goods at the parcel shop (if available) despite relevant information from the parcel service or parcel tracking link. (Explanation: the commissioned parcel service is instructed by us to carry out a doorstep delivery. However, due to challenging delivery conditions, this doorstep delivery can no longer be guaranteed (e.g. driving bans, parking bans, traffic, staff shortages, etc.), so the customer confirms their willingness to also pick up the package at the parcel service’s shop with the order).
  10. Offer and prices
All offers of the ecoturbino online shop are non-binding. Since the shop offer is revised regularly, the prices indicated at the time of order apply. All previous price indications lose their validity with an update of the shop inventory or an article. For deliveries abroad, any applicable customs duties and/or taxes are to be borne by the buyer.
  11. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the customer has made full payment.
  12. Liability
We assume no liability for errors or technical problems that may arise on the Internet. Austrian law applies.
  13. Liability for Content
