Thanks to the complete implementation of the ISAR Clinic with ecoturbino, we are delighted to be part of the femak Federal Specialist Conference again in Munich.

The innovation of ecoturbino is once again at the center of this year’s femak Federal Specialist Conference, organized by the professional association for hospital purchasers, material managers, and logisticians. As proud exhibitors, we present our unique solutions for sustainable water management, particularly tailored for use in hospitals and nursing homes.

The ISAR Clinic, fully equipped with the revolutionary ecoturbino systems, stands as an outstanding example of the effectiveness of this technology. Through the implementation of intelligent water management systems and process optimization, the clinic has achieved remarkable savings. Up to 2,400 liters of water are saved daily, and by switching to ultrasound cleaning for instruments, 7,500 liters of water and nearly 30 liters of cleaning chemicals are saved annually.

These impressive figures demonstrate the significant potential of ecoturbino, not only in conserving resources but also in reducing costs and environmental impact.

An impressive example of ecoturbino’s application can be seen in the shower facilities of the ISAR Clinic. Here, 140 shower sets equipped with ecoturbino systems have led to a drastic reduction in water consumption. In self-tests, the consumption per minute was reduced from 16 to 8 liters while simultaneously minimizing the risk of legionella and bacterial growth through innovative swirl technology.

Furthermore, ecoturbino ET5 water flow restictor are also used in patient rooms to limit the flow of hand basin faucets to 5 liters per minute. These measures not only contribute to sustainable water conservation but also enhance hygiene standards in the clinic, which is particularly crucial in sensitive environments like hospitals.
