- As long as you live in Switzerland / Liechtenstein and want to have it delivered directly to Switzerland / LI, you can buy it immediately tax-free without sales tax.
- We will send your order via the Austrian Post. The Swiss import tax as well as certain fees for payment or processing are calculated by the Swiss post office when the package is delivered.
- We ship as insured parcel up to € 100 worth of goods. You decide for yourself about the extended insurance amount up to max. € 510 as premium parcel shipping with faster running time as well. Please note that the sum insured represents the maximum amount of damages for the package loss.
- Orders from 20 kg shipping weight are relatively expensive in shipping. From 30 kg shipping weight, a direct order in the shop is no longer possible. In the case of a larger order, we recommend contacting us directly to be able to clarify a reasonably attractive forwarding shipment. This is especially true for higher weight products such as screen paints or screen wallpapers.

The alternative to tax-free direct shipping is delivery to an address within the EU close to the Swiss border for importing the goods yourself or using a parcel service. The main advantage here is the complete package insurance up to the handover to the delivery address, within the EU, and the shipping costs could also be reduced.
Use of a parcel service in the border area
Depending on what the parcel service offers, it can be used purely as a delivery address with the option of independent import or as a delivery service to the desired domestic address.
